DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Please note that all orders dispatched by us are sent in plain packaging as we understand the need for discretion for some of our community.

UK DELIVERIES

Our standard delivery service for UK orders is Royal Mail Tracked 48.  This service takes approximately 2 - 3 working days to arrive.  This timescale does not include our order processing time (order processing time may take up to 48 hours for orders placed on a weekend).

 

The standard delivery fee for orders under £75.00 is £3.95.  For orders of £75.00 and above, delivery is FREE and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.  This service aims to deliver in 1 working day (excluding order processing time which may take up to 48 hours for orders placed on a weekend).

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received by us.  A further email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, along with your order tracking details.

Please ensure the address you have provided for delivery is correct.  We cannot be held responsible if the details you have provided are incorrect or incomplete.  If you have provided incorrect delivery details then please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to assist you.  In cases where you have made an error, no replacement order can be sent out until the original items are received back.

COLLECTION

Orders placed for collection at our market shop in Glasgow, will receive an email confirming when your order is available for collection.  Please do not try to collect your order until this email has been received as your order may not be ready.

When collecting your order you must bring a copy of your order confirmation (we are happy to accept you showing us your order confirmation from your phone or other mobile device), and a form of photo ID.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us here at Celebrate With Pride.  Upon receipt of any purchase you have made from us, please examine it and contact us immediately if you have any concerns so that we can try to resolve any issues.

  • If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return. Please email sales@celebratewithpride.com with "Return" in the subject field.  Once we have acknowledged, reviewed and agreed to your return you then have a further 14 days to return the purchase to us.  Details of where to send your returned items will be provided via email.

  • We can only accept back items that have been unused and are still in all their original packaging and with their tags and labels intact, so they can be resold. Any items that have been damaged or have clearly been used will not be refunded.

  • You are responsible for the return postage costs and the safe return of any items, which must arrive back with us in the same condition you received them. We can not be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post. We recommend using a tracked postal option.

  • A refund will be issued for any unused items returned to us that are in a re-saleable condition within 3 working days, refunded back to the same payment method only.  You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item returned but no refund will be issued for the original delivery cost.

  • If your purchase arrives damaged or in a faulty condition then please contact us immediately, and within 14 days of receipt of your order.  We may request photographs of any damaged or faulty items in order to assess suitability for return.  Do not discard of any damaged or faulty items, including product packaging and delivery packaging until we have agreed a resolution with you.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on cosmetics that have either been opened, part used or the seal has been broken.

  • If you wish to exchange an item you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the original item, except where faulty, and the cost of the exchanged item to be sent out to you.  No exchanges will be sent until we have received the original order in a re-saleable condition.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Our International delivery service is currently suspended due to UK International export disruptions.  As soon as this matter is resolved, we will be able to commence our international shipping service.  Thank you for your patience.
